Delete your Klack account
Klack is published by Suuntio. This page explains how to delete your Klack account and everything we hold for it — from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.
You do not need a Klack account to use Klack. If you have never created one, there is nothing to delete on our side: all your games, players and statistics live only on your device, and uninstalling the app removes them.
Deleting individual games
You do not have to delete your account to remove something from it. To delete a single game, open History in the app, tap the game you want gone, and tap Delete.
That removes the game from the device you are using. If you are signed in, it also erases what we stored for that game in the cloud: the throws, scores, rules, result and the player names it carried are overwritten, not just hidden from you. What remains is a marker recording that the game was deleted — that marker is what tells your other devices to remove their copies too, and it holds no gameplay content and no names. If you are offline when you delete, the deletion is queued on the device and completes the next time the app reaches the network.

Option 1 — Delete it in the app
- Open Klack and go to the You tab.
- Tap the account icon next to your name.
- Tap Delete Klack account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. When it finishes, the device returns to a fresh anonymous identity and you can keep using the app offline as before. The games already stored locally on your device are kept — deleting the Klack account does not wipe your phone. If you want those gone too, delete the app.
Option 2 — Ask us by email
If you have already uninstalled Klack, or you cannot sign in, email support@klack.club from the address you used for your Klack account, with the subject “Delete my Klack account”.
We reply within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying the request, as required by the GDPR. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the Klack account owner before we delete anything — that check protects you from someone else deleting your data.
What deletion removes
- Your Klack account credentials — your email address and password, and any Apple or Google sign-in link.
- Your cloud game library — every game backed up to the cloud under your Klack account, deleted immediately, including games that would otherwise have been kept during the 6-month grace period after a lapsed subscription.
- Your push notification tokens, so we can no longer send anything to your devices.
- Every other durable row we hold that belongs to your Klack account.
What deletion does not reach
Other people’s records of games you played together are retained. If a friend recorded a game on their device, that game is their history — including the pseudonymous player identifier that links your appearances in it. Removing it would destroy their record of games they played. That identifier carries no name, email address or contact detail of yours.
Local data on your own device is not touched by account deletion. Deleting the app removes it.
Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are their records of a transaction and are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Deleting your Klack account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that in the App Store or Google Play, or it will keep renewing.
